BIOGRAPHY

 Who am I?​

Hi! I’m Becky Johnson. I’ve always been deeply curious about how people think, grow, and relate to the world around them. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of exploring this passion in many different roles—whether it was coaching high school students, working as a camp counselor and administrator, teaching swim lessons, caring for seniors in assisted living, or teaching elementary school.

 

These experiences have given me the chance to connect with people across all ages and walks of life, and they've only deepened my fascination with human development at every stage.

 

My professional journey has equipped me with a variety of tools to support healing and personal growth:

• I’m certified in Emotional Freedom Technique and AcuTherpy (Cognitive Therapies)

• I’m a Qualified HeartSync Practitioner, which is based on the "Internal Family Systems" model and focuses on emotional integration and inner healing.

• I hold a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies.

• I also earned a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Design, which has shaped my understanding of how people learn best—whether in the classroom or in life.

• I bring over 23 years of experience as an educator, with a strong focus on nurturing the growth of social/emotional needs.

I’m a lifelong learner who’s always seeking out the latest insights in brain science, psychology, and healing modalities to better support the healing and transformation journey.

What drives me most is helping people move forward, whether they’re students, athletes, people of all ages, or professionals is to guide them toward becoming the fullest version of themselves. This work has made a profound difference in my own life and in the lives of those I love, which is why I’m so passionate about sharing it with others.
