    Transformative Art Healing integrates art, somatic practices, and meditation/contemplative experiences focusing on the creative right side of the brain to heal in the most effective way in your mind, body and soul with the smallest cognitive effort.
  • What is HeartSync?
    HeartSync's mission is to promote and participate in healing and synchronizing/integrate you mind, body and soul. HeartSync is grounded in the latest brain and psychological research. HeartSync is a modality that can be used to explore the different parts of you, and depending on comfort level, can include your faith in God. Here is HeartSync in a nutshell: The 4 Core Parts or Personality Aspects are: True Self: is the heart or essence of the self and has the capacity to connect most strongly with God. Function: The aspect of the heart and mind that does the daily functioning of life and often stays disconnected from painful memory. Emotion: The aspect of the heart and mind that is most closely connected to the pain, trauma and unresolved negative emotion. Guardian: The aspect of the heart and mind that believes that the Emotion and Function parts of the heart must be kept apart, or the Function part will be too overwhelmed to do any daily functioning-- and so is devoted to keeping them apart. The HeartSync Approach consists of the following steps: Education Confession Covering Prayer (with Confession)-if comfortable Positive Moment/Memory Appreciation (Thankful) Exercise Explore: explore and work with the Presenting Part to resolve conflicts Expand: Work to expand the positive moment by progressively inviting the other Core Part(s) in—working to resolve conflicts along the way
  • Do you offer online appointments?
    Yes, at this time, my practice is only going to be virtual.
  • How should I prepare for any 813 session and what should I do after?
    Before the session, please drink water to stay hydrated and bring a water bottle to drink throughout the session. Please try to eat healthy protein within an hour or two leading up to the session. Wear comfortable and layered clothing. Make sure your space is comfortable and quiet. Optional, light your favorite candle or use your favorite essential oil/bring a blanket to the session, think about lighting that is most favorable, etc...In any of the modalities, a lot of energy is being expended in you mind and body. After the session, add a healthy electrolyte to your water free of sugar, unhealthy sugar substitutes, citric acid, and maltodextrin. LMNT or Dual drops are two great options. Also, consider taking a detox bath with bath salts and Bentonite Clay. Finally, plan for extra reflection/ processing/ journaling time and a nap if time allows. All of these will enhance your body's response to the work you've done. As the week goes on, try to walk, do a work out, and move your body. In addition, try to do any "homework" assigned to further the healing process.
  • How long before I start seeing results from an 813 session?
    For Transformative Art Healing, and HeartSync, results can be immediate or take some time depending on the layers and complexities of the blocks in the neural pathways in the brain.
