Yes, at this time, my practice is only going to be virtual.
Before the session, please drink water to stay hydrated and bring a water bottle to drink throughout the session. Please try to eat healthy protein within an hour or two leading up to the session. Wear comfortable and layered clothing. Make sure your space is comfortable and quiet. Optional, light your favorite candle or use your favorite essential oil/bring a blanket to the session, think about lighting that is most favorable, etc...In any of the modalities, a lot of energy is being expended in you mind and body.
After the session, add a healthy electrolyte to your water free of sugar, unhealthy sugar substitutes, citric acid, and maltodextrin. LMNT or Dual drops are two great options. Also, consider taking a detox bath with bath salts and Bentonite Clay. Finally, plan for extra reflection/ processing/ journaling time and a nap if time allows. All of these will enhance your body's response to the work you've done.
As the week goes on, try to walk, do a work out, and move your body. In addition, try to do any "homework" assigned to further the healing process.
For Transformative Art Healing, and HeartSync, results can be immediate or take some time depending on the layers and complexities of the blocks in the neural pathways in the brain.
